The day staff was really helpful and service minded. There was no facial tissue in the room, pillow was too small and not that comfortable
Great location next to the train station. The staff very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was copious. The room was small and the air conditioning was at a set temperature that cannot be changed. Ours was shut off when we got back from a long hot day visiting the city! The front desk told us that this was policy!?! Not happy with that. Perhaps this hotel does better with climate control during the winter.
Clean and quiet room with courteous staff, let down by two fire alarms set off by another client not respecting the non smoking hotel regulations and a large dubious stain on the carpet (blood or coffee!).
Rooms could use more towels as two for two people is not enough (when you have long wet hair...).
Very good central location for the train and metro stations.
Great welcoming staff specially the front office lady on the afternoon.

Room a spacious clean and quiet fully equipped.
Except for two points the noises of toilet flushing if you are in the first floor and sometimes a early strange sound like strong vibrations.
The breakfast area is lightly and spacious.
Same for the Buffet with locals and classics products.

I spent nights there, it has been such a delight. The rooms were clean, they were very nice and the service has been stellar. The receptionist were super friendly and helpful, the location is very nice. I loved it. Definitely recommend this hotel even at a higher price.
